It often requires variety of trade services to make necessary repairs and minor improvements that will get the home in a market-ready, “showing” condition. That's where our expertise comes into play. We will help you understand what needs to be done, then we will schedule the work and see it through with our preferred contacts.

Step 5

MOVING

We market properties like no one else — with everything from print to 3D walkthroughs. Our goal is to get you the most amount of money in the least amount of time so the transition is stress-free. After closing, The Porter Group will help coordinate movers and packers if necessary.
